Bulk Order & Return Policy

We only provide this bulk-order service to experienced artisans who have previously tried our oils and are familiar with and confident in their quality.   When a bulk-size order is placed, we must purchase and pay for the oil in advance. The oil is then shipped to us by air for careful inspection before it is forwarded to you. Because the product cost, international air freight, import duties, and related expenses are committed specifically for your order, bulk orders cannot normally be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order has been placed and procurement has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable laws in Taiwan.

For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing and testing the smaller-size version from our Shopee store before placing a bulk order. The smaller-size oil offered on Shopee allows you to evaluate the oil's aroma, characteristics, and quality before committing to a larger quantity.   Bulk orders are intended only for customers who have already tried the same oil through our Shopee store and have determined that its quality is suitable for their needs.

By placing a bulk order here, you confirm that you have previously used the same oil, understand its aroma, characteristics, and quality, and have chosen to purchase the larger quantity based on your prior experience with and acceptance of the oil.b   By completing your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Bulk Order & Return Policy, and you agree that once the bulk order has been placed and procurement has begun, you will not request cancellation, return, or refund.

This restriction does not apply in cases involving an incorrect item being supplied, damage occurring during delivery, or circumstances in which applicable laws in Taiwan provide rights that cannot legally be excluded. 

大容量訂購與退換貨說明

本區大容量訂購服務，僅提供給曾經使用過本店油品、已熟悉並認可其品質的資深使用者與專業工作者。大容量訂單成立後，我們即需向海外採購並預先支付貨款，再以空運方式將油品運抵台灣。油品到貨後，我們會先進行檢查與確認，再安排交付給您。由於此類訂單的商品貨款、國際空運費、進口稅費及相關成本，皆是依您的訂單實際產生並預先支付，因此一旦訂單成立並開始採購後，原則上無法取消、退貨或退款；如台灣相關法令另有強制規定者，則依其規定辦理。

因此，在訂購大容量規格之前，我們強烈建議您先於本店蝦皮賣場購買小容量規格實際試用。小容量商品的目的，就是讓您在購買大容量之前，先實際確認該油品的香氣、特性與品質是否符合您的需求。

大容量訂購僅適合已經透過本店蝦皮賣場使用過同款油品，並確認其品質符合自身需求的客戶。當您於本區下訂大容量規格，即表示您已實際使用過同款油品，充分了解並確認接受該油品之香氣、特性與品質，並是在認可該油品後決定訂購大容量規格。

完成下單即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意本區之「大容量訂購與退換貨說明」，並同意大容量訂單一經成立並開始採購後，不要求取消訂單、退貨或退款。如因商品寄送錯誤、運送造成之損壞，或依台灣相關法令不得排除之情形，則不受上述限制，並依相關規定辦理。
